FREE DeKalb Weekend Iftars
This Ramadan, the DeKalb community will be offering FREE Iftars every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, InshaAllah!
📍 Women’s Iftar: Iqra Dawah Center
📍 Men’s Iftar: Islamic Center of DeKalb
Islamic Sunday School
The curriculum will include Quran (Qaidah, Reading, and Memorization), Arabic, and Islamic Studies (covering Aqeedah, Akhlaq, Seerah, History, and Fiqh) for different age groups.
Kindergarten and all girls’ classes (elementary to high school) will be held at Iqra Dawah Center, 401 Normal Rd.
All boys’ classes (elementary to high school) will be held at the Islamic Center of DeKalb Masjid, 801 Normal Rd.
Boys After-School Quran
The objective of this program is to draw our young brothers closer to Allah and the Qur’an. This program aims to provide many services Monday through Thursday related to the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, such as: Hifdh (memorization), Tajweed (perfecting the pronunciation), Nazirah (reading the Qur’an fluently), and Qa’idah (Arabic alphabets).

Girls After-School Quran
The objective of this program is to draw our daughters closer to Allah and the Qur’an. Women's Coffee Chats
Coffee Chat is a program designed to support sisters in improving their English language skills. However, it is an inclusive platform open to sisters of all ages, nationalities, and religions. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month for a chance to gather, connect, and strengthen bonds!
IQRA Center Boys Club
Designed to foster a strong sense of brotherhood among young Muslim boys in our community, we invite middle school and high school boys EVERY SATURDAY from 5 to 7pm. Encourage your sons and other boys in the community to join us for a wonderful opportunity to connect, enjoy some snacks, and enjoy a fantastic time, inshallah!

Designed to foster a strong sense of sisterhood among young Muslim girls in our community, we invite middle school and high school girls EVERY SUNDAY from 1 to 3pm. Encourage your daughters and other girls in the community to join us for a wonderful opportunity to connect, enjoy some snacks, and enjoy a fantastic time, inshallah! 😊💕
Men's Urdu Halaqa Hangout
This program is aimed to cultivate a deep sense of unity among college students and community members who speak Urdu, with the goal of enhancing their faith as Muslims and strengthening their bonds with Allah and one another. It’s a wonderful occasion to come together almost every Friday at 6pm, share a meal, and enjoy a memorable time, inshallah!
Sister's Monthly
Quranic Halaqa
This program is designed to foster a strong sense of sisterhood in our community. Every month the halaqah is based on a new chapter or portion of the Holy Quran where we will go in-depth to analyze the words from Allah. Join us on the second Friday of every month at 7 pm, where we can come together, share some food, and enjoy the company of our fellow sisters, inshallah!
Men's Bangla Halaqa
Pizza Night
This program is aimed to nurture a sense of unity among Bangladeshi brothers, with the goal of enhancing their faith as Muslims and strengthening their bonds with Allah and one another. It’s a wonderful occasion to come together EVERY MONDAY at 7pm, enjoy some pizza, and have a good time, inshallah!
